Every great team starts with players who want to be there. At Crush F.C., we look for young players who love the ball, love to compete and are ready to learn. Skill matters, and so do attitude, effort and the way a player treats teammates.

Step 1: register interest

Registering interest takes about 3 minutes. Fill in the register interest form with your child's birth year and your contact details. We reply within 2 business days to talk about the right program and the next session your child can join.

Step 2: the evaluation

An evaluation is a relaxed, active session where coaches get to know your child. Players train with a coach alongside others born in the same year, so the level feels familiar. There is nothing special to prepare. Bring indoor or turf shoes, shin pads, a water bottle and plenty of energy.

Coaches look at the whole player, including:

  • Comfort with the ball at both feet

  • Decisions under pressure

  • Effort when the ball is lost

  • Communication and encouragement of teammates

  • Willingness to try new things and learn from mistakes

Step 3: placement and programs

Coaches place players by birth year first, then by ability and development needs. We then contact your family with a team and program recommendation. Players born 2017 and 2018 play 7v7, and players born 2015 and 2016 play 9v9. Every program includes 18 guaranteed games and 1 to 3 training sessions a week.

Our fees page lists every program, price and payment plan, and our parent guide on what to expect at an evaluation goes deeper into the day itself.

How can parents help on the day?

The best thing you can do on evaluation day is smile, cheer and let your child play. Confidence grows when players feel supported, and our coaches take care of the rest.

Upcoming dates are shared on the tryouts and evaluations page and in our newsletter. We cannot wait to meet your player.
