Quick answers

Questions about our values

What are the Crush F.C. values?

Crush F.C. in Burlington, Ontario, is built on four values: discipline, respect, passion and teamwork. Each value has a clear meaning for players, for parents and for coaches, and together they shape how we train, how we play and how we treat each other. The Code of Conduct turns these values into simple rules for the season.

How do the values show up at training?

You will see the values in small habits. Players arrive on time and ready to work, they listen when the coach speaks, and they encourage teammates who make a mistake. Coaches plan every session, give honest and kind feedback, and make sure every player feels part of the group from the first drill to the final game.

What does Crush F.C. ask of parents?

We ask parents to help their child arrive prepared, to cheer for every player on both teams, and to leave decisions to the referee and the coaches. Get to know other families, share rides where you can, and celebrate effort as much as results. Every parent agrees to the Code of Conduct when they register.
