Values only matter when you can see them. At Crush, we want ours to show every time a ball is kicked. Here is what our four values look like on a regular training night and on matchday.
Discipline
Discipline means players arrive on time, ready to work, and give full effort in every drill. Coaches plan every session and start on time. Parents help by getting players there prepared, with boots tied and water bottles filled. Small habits build big players.

Respect
Respect means treating teammates, opponents, referees and coaches with kindness, win or lose. That looks like a handshake after the final whistle, a hand up for an opponent who falls and a thank you to the referee. Parents cheer for every child and leave decisions to the referee and the coaches.

Passion
Passion means playing with energy and joy in every session. It is the sprint back to defend in the last minute, the celebration with a teammate after a great pass and the smile on the drive home. It is why most of us fell in love with the game in the first place.

Teamwork
Teamwork means we learn, grow and win together. A goal belongs to the whole team, and so does a tough loss. When players trust each other, they try braver things, and that is when real development happens.
We build champions on and off the field.

Where can families see the values?
Our Code of Conduct turns these values into clear expectations for players, parents and coaches. Read the full set on our values page, and look out for them the next time you watch a Crush game.
