What does the deposit cover?

The deposit holds your child's place in the program and is due when you sign the agreement. It is $1,000 for most programs and $800 for the Entry Program 7v7. The deposit is nonrefundable.

When are the instalments due?

The rest of the fee is paid in monthly instalments on the 15th, on the dates listed for your program. Your family portal shows each date, the amount and your remaining balance.

Spreading the fee over the season keeps each payment manageable. You can also pay the full balance at any time and skip the monthly instalments.

How can I pay?

You can pay by Interac e-Transfer using your family code as the message, or online by card or bank debit through the family portal. Your family code starts with CFC followed by 4 digits, and it helps us match your payment quickly.

You can also turn on automatic payments so each instalment is paid on its due date, with an email 3 days before every charge. You receive a PDF receipt by email for every payment.

What happens if a payment is late?

If a payment is more than 5 days late, a $25 late charge is added, and the club may pause training or games until the account is up to date. If you are having trouble paying, contact us early so we can talk about options.

Can I get a refund?

Once the season starts, fees are nonrefundable and the remaining instalments stay payable. A documented, season ending medical withdrawal is reviewed case by case. Please talk to us early if you have any questions.
