Your privacy
How do we share photos safely?
We publish a photo of a player only when a parent has given media consent, and we never publish a player's name, date of birth or school with any image. Media consent is optional, separate from registration and unticked by default.
You control consent for each child in the family portal. If you withdraw it, every published image of your child is removed from the website within 1 hour. Every album also has a Request a photo removal form, and the photo is hidden while we review your request.
Read the full Media Consent Policy, or see the latest club news for the stories behind each album.

Common questions about photos
Will photos of my child appear online?
Photos of your child appear on the Crush F.C. website or social media only if you give media consent. Consent is optional, separate from registration and unticked by default. We never publish a player's name with a photo, and you can change your choice at any time in the family portal.
Does the club publish player names?
No. Crush F.C. never publishes a player's name, date of birth or school on its public website or with any photo. Player of the Match awards and individual recognition appear only inside the private family portal, where only your family and your child's coaches can see them.
Can I ask the club to remove a photo?
Yes. Every photo album has a Request a photo removal form. The photo is hidden while we review your request, and we reply within 2 business days. You can also withdraw media consent for your child in the family portal, and affected photos are removed from the website within 1 hour.
Why do videos only load when I tap play?
Videos load only when you tap play so the page stays fast and no video service sees your visit until you choose to watch. YouTube videos use its privacy enhanced mode. Every video of our players follows the same media consent rules as our photos.
